ZillowVERIFIEDNicolas was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I were all over the place when we started looking for a new home; price, location, size etc. Nicolas guided us to a home that not only hit all of our wants, he kept us under budget. I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell your home.
ZillowVERIFIEDNicolas delivered in every way possible as a realtor. Sold my unique hard to sell home in three days for more than I ever thought we would get. Worked a great deal out for me on my new house and held my hand the whole way always carefully watching out for any issues. There is no doubt in my mind that we are loyal to Nicolas for life and you should be too
ZillowVERIFIEDNicolas was phenomenally on point from the first conversation to closing, and, most importantly, after closing. He maintained professionalism during every varied experience throughout the several month process of discovering our first home. Nicolas has a plethora of resources and contacts to guide a buyer during and after closing. When asked for reassurance, he offered more than enough. Not only did he verbally communicate reassurance, but he had it in writing to us each time. Nicolas was respectful of our busy lives during our search. He communicated by text, email and phone conversations in timely and appropriate manners. He consistently respected our wants and needs while finding a home and was conscientious not to overwhelm us with information. Finally, Nicolas is an established realtor with many years of understanding the many variances of thought in a prospective buyer's mind. He will listen carefully and act expediently to achieve success in the exciting home buying endeavor.
ZillowVERIFIEDBuying or selling a home can be stressful. Nicolas makes the experience a pleasant and memorable one. Nicolas is incredibly responsive, understanding and results driven. Nicolas goes out of his way to ensure that your real estate transaction is as it should be. The best!
ZillowVERIFIEDI just want to say I 100% recommend Nicolas Worsham if youre looking for a great agent. I hired a reputable team to sell my home last year with no success. Nicolas was always available and was hands on with my Sale. I'm packing now and moving to the beach! Contact him you wont be disappointed.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe'd been in the house market for quiet awhile and worked with multiple other agents. However, Nicolas is by far the best agent we have ever worked with. He assisted us every step of the way on the sale of our home as well as purchasing a new home of our own. Our case towards selling our 70's ranch home was a difficult one due to various obstacles with the buyer, however, Nicolas never failed to keep us updated and resolve any conflicts that arose. Never had my family and I felt so confident and safe with doing business with Nicolas. He always was willing to give 110%. COMPELTELY RECOMMEND :D
ZillowVERIFIEDNicolas gave honest and accurate answers to our questions. He provided accurate guidance to the proper pricing of our homes to produce quick sales and sales at agreeable prices. He only brought qualified potential buyers to see our property.
ZillowVERIFIEDNicolas is the best agent we have ever had. We are in our late 60's and he was so helpful to us. He never left us hanging. He always kept in contact with us. He sold our house in less than 30 days. Nicolas does not let things lag , he is always on the move. Great personality too. If we ever need an agent again it will be Nicolas. Best agent ever we so appreciate him:)) Give him a call I know you will really like him and his results:))
