ZillowVERIFIED I met Nicolas in July as I was looking around in VA for a new home. He is currently my Buyers Agent. I live in another state and he is doing an excellent job of searching for a variety of properties for me. He answers all my emails and always has a positive attitude. He loves VA and hopes to find just the right place for each of his clients so that they can love it as much as he does. We have not gotten to the negotiation stage yet, but I expect him to be excellent at it! Update:We researched acreage and or/homes on acreage in several counties in 2 states. We added and deleted what we liked for that whole period. When we showed up, we had 4 days to find a place, make and accept an offer. Nicolas spent many hours driving us around, as we narrowed it down to the one property we wanted. He was great at negotiating and explaining everything along the way. Then we returned home and everything else was handled long distance. As a bonus he also handled all the repairs and updates I wanted so the home was perfect when we finally moved to VA. I highly recommend Nicolas Iglesias. You cannot go wrong using his services.
