ZillowVERIFIEDFantastic! Very responsive and knowledgeable on the current market. Willing to go the extra mile for clients. Also spends a good amount of time marketing her properties. She helped us sell 3 of our homes!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicol did a great job on finding our family a home. We had been looking for many years and once we started having Nicol help us find a home it did not take long. We were able to find the perfect home, everything we ever wanted in a lake front property. Nicol has great local knowledge which was a huge benefit when looking for homes. She was able to share real life experiences and knowledge on different aspects and areas of the lake. All in all, if you or a friend is looking for a new home at the lake, Nicol and the O'Sullivan Real Estate Group is the team I would choose.
