She was quick to show the property and always worked with my schedule, which was appreciated. Her advice was professional, yet candid. When offering, she gave great advice and worked efficiently with the sellers agent to secure the deal for my ideal price tag. My questions were answered very quickly from first showing to closing (and after). Negotiations with the seller/agent went a little sideways due to a contractor damaging an element of the home two days prior to closing. She negotiated the fix I wanted just hours before closing, which was very important to me. Kelsey got it done with some laughs, professionalism and great communication. She took a lot of the anxiety out of the process ...and continues to be available for questions/expertise after the purchase. Job well done. Highly recommend her.
