I was a first time homebuyer and originally had a different realtor gaining no results before meeting Nico. I could have used anyone but he is extremely smart and knew exactly what kind of value I was looking for in a first time home purchase. With the fast-paced market, he was extremely responsive and would make sure we got into a house I was interested in as soon as possible. I had no idea what any of the behind the scenes process was like, but he was able to break things down very simply for me where it took an intimidating and stressful process into a fun and exciting journey. Being in the most competitive price range for young adults, in an ever changing market, it was difficult but Nico was able to find a solution in the end almost like a magician making a rabbit appear. I would recommend Nico to anyone as you could sense the excitement when I finally found my first home as if it was for his own family member.
