ZillowVERIFIED During this holiday season as we all think back on things we are grateful for, one of the I am most grateful for this year was getting to know Nicki Kingston. Nicki was my buyers agent as I moved to Vancouver from another state. She listened when I told her what I was looking for and what my budget was and then showed me several properties that fit my specifications. In the end, she helped me through a rather difficult FSBO negotiation (which she didn't have to do) and I ended up with a house that was just right for me. It was our perception that she carefully listened to what we hoped to find in a new home, from the price range to specific details for our personal comfort. Unfortunately, there just was not much within our moderate price range that was on the market. ZillowVERIFIED We came across Nicki while working with another agent in trying to find a rental property. The current experience was taking an unusual amount of time so we decided to switch. In no time after talking to Nicki and telling her what we were looking for, within less than 24 hours she had 9 listings with the exact criteria for us to look at. We looked at 8 that day. On the morning we met with her she added one more which we looked at the following morning and that was the one we wanted. She did everything possible to get us a fighting chance for this property. She stayed in direct contact with us and with the selling agent and later that evening we had a deal. She diligently informed us of any pertinent information throughout the process up until the signing. And after, to deliver the key to our new property.Nicki is professional, proactive, and friendly.
