About Nick Whitelock

Nick Whitelock began his real estate career at the young age of 19. Having grown up in a family steeped in Real Estate tradition, Nick developed a love for assisting buyers and sellers through transactions that have included large farm sales and purchases as well as commercial transactions with numerous valley businesses. Nick brings to the table a fresh and eager outlook to the real estate profession that integrates new technology to help expedite the buying and selling process. While working as a Real Estate agent with Massanutten Realty, Nick earned an associates degree in Business from Blue Ridge Community College (2013) and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Concentration in Marketing from Bridgewater College (2015). Nicks formal education has provided him with communication and marketing skills necessary to facilitate a real estate transaction. During his free time Nick enjoys spending his time outdoors, hunting, fishing and hiking in the valley. In the fall of 2013, Nick developed Shenandoah Valley Whitetails, a social media driven website that allows users to share outdoor memories and pictures from the Shenandoah Valley.

Nick has been our go-to realtor for years. He helped us to purchase a property in Massanutten and then he sold it for us again years later. Nick is flexible and always makes time for us. He has taken us on tours of different properties and is currently helping us again to find exactly what we are looking for. Nick is so knowledgable about the local area and is the best choice to sell your home. He was helpful and responsive and worked well with us remotely since we live in Fairfax, VA. Nick checked on our property throughout the process and even took some items out of the house and kept it in his office for to pick up. We also worked with Nick to purchase two of our homes before we sold. I would definitely recommend him to buy or sell your home!
