We worked with Nick twice, first when we bought our home in 2020 during one of the craziest housing markets, and again this year when we sold the same house in a much tougher market. Nick did an outstanding job of making sure we were informed of everything going on in the process. He also made us feel that he had our back when it came to negotiating for repairs to be made on the house, and by deadline. We were nervous being first time homebuyers but Nick explained everything along the way uneasy to understand language.
