During final negotiations in the selling of my house Nick asked me questions like Tim what if their is a roof leak on your house. Tim what if their is a foundation problem on your house. So this is the person I hired to represent me to help negotiate the sale of my house. This was after the buyers had completed an inspection that Nick had access to seems odd to me. Well turns out the buyers are very close friends and former clients of Nicks. Nick did not disclose his relationship to the buyer. Nick lacks the integrity and professionalism to work in real Estate as he cannot be trusted to represent his clients. This entire process with Nick was frustrating.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about buying a house through Nick. Especially if you are a first time homebuyer, or VA buyer, you must work with Nick Ricci. Just to give you some context, this is our first home. He helped us create a very clean, strong offer that won the house we wanted. It was the first offer we put in, and we still got the house with many other offers on the table (ours was a VA loan as well). We are very happy with the price we paid for the house despite quickly rising home prices. Nick was also very helpful from the standpoint of helping us pick out a good area to live in relative to base where my husband works. He helped guide us to certain areas of the island where the noise would be lower while my husband didn't have too far of a commute. It is truly an asset that he knows this island so well, because our first agent had no intimate knowledge of the area and we could have ended up in a really bad situation since we were essentially buying sight unseen from another state. One extra thing that I noticed as we looked at houses was that Nick seems to have a lot of knowledge around construction, and he was able to point out things I never would have noticed such as new water heaters and minor repairs each house we looked at needed. He's been an excellent, fast, patient communicator and helped everything go super smoothly from looking to offer to closing. It's hard to convey all the nuanced ways he supported such a a smooth home buying process, but just know that everything was an A+ experience.

We had picked out a home and were trying to close on it for 8 months. Sadly the sellers backed out to no fault of ours. Nick helped us through that process and got all of our money back! He may love his job but his clients come first and that's something I really appreciate. I've had so many chances to back out and try again with a different realtor but I'm glad we stuck with Nick.
