However, All that I was allowed to assign was 5 stars. I first contacted Nick several months before putting my home on the market, and I'm very glad that I did. Nick guided me through the preparation and the "Tumultuous Waters" of listing my home. My property sold in a week, and I received more $$$ than I truly expected. A consummate professional, extremely honest, excellent negotiator, and an all around "Good Guy". His helpful guidance, and easy going nature made this an outstanding experience. I really couldn't imagine anyone better at selling your home.

He was on the ball to sell our home from day one. Shocked us all when he sold our home in only 11 days. He would stop over often just to visit during that time and to see if he could help in any way. Boy did he ever help. We were looking for a home in Spokane Wa. at the same time so Nick got us a realtor in Spokane. Not only that but we were also getting ready to sell our home in Alabama. ZillowVERIFIED We had an amazing home buying experience with Nick as our realtor. As a first time home buyer we had a ton of questions. He was patient and cool with answering every one of them. He validated our curiosity. He was honest. We had our heart set on a house, but told him we really wanted a "deal". I am thankful he graciously guided us away from that house and let us come to that conclusion ourselves. Soon after we found the perfect house for our family. Several times he went out of his way at an odd hour to open a house for us. We had heard negative from others home buying experience because their personalities clashed with their realtor, but Nick's approach and personality was perfect for us!
