ZillowVERIFIED Do you know anything about the house? He was showing us was very rude. After the fact, I told him we didnt need him anymore and that we found a different agent. He literally had no knowledge of the house we went to go see it. Its very unprofessional. if you dont know anything about the house, dont do a tour of it. and especially dont get upset when somebody doesnt use you because you dont know anything about the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Poor experience. He did not help us buy and sell our home. He was only interested in selling our home, he negotiated a deal where we would need to rent out our home from the new owner. Not fiduciary. Then we decided to move on and find a new realtor who could help us, he said ok, but it wasn't his decision to make. Agency gave us a runaround, grilled us with questions and left us hanging.
