Poor experience. He did not help us buy and sell our home. He was only interested in selling our home, he negotiated a deal where we would need to rent out our home from the new owner. Not fiduciary. Then we decided to move on and find a new realtor who could help us, he said ok, but it wasn't his decision to make. Agency gave us a runaround, grilled us with questions and left us hanging.
