ZillowVERIFIEDNichole was outstanding from start to finish. Since we were out of state during the sale, we relied on her heavily, and she exceeded every expectation. She coordinated painters, repair crews, and roof, HVAC, and pool inspections, keeping everything on track with excellent communication. She was always quick to respond during contract negotiations, looked out for our best interests at every turn, and even rolled up her sleeves to help with repairs herselfaEUR"including some paintingaEUR"to help get the job done. What impressed us most was her dedication. Even while attending a family funeral in New York City, she stayed responsive and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. We highly recommend Nichole to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking agent who truly goes above and beyond for her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Nichole was great. She was knowledgable of the DelWebb Community and what was transpiring in the marketplace. She was thoughtful in suggesting pricing and sprucing up the place. The photographer she used took amazing pictures which is so necessary for our digital age. She was considerate and communicative through the process. She had great follow through on all of the transaction steps.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a broker before Nichole for 70 days and had little communication and no offers. I hired Nichole and she took charge getting my house under contract in under a week! Great communication, very upfront and honest, did whatever it took to get the sale done! I couldn't be happier with Nichole's performance. It's true, you need the right real estate agent to make things happen, and Nichole is that real estate agent!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Nichole was stupendous. Her bubbly personality and knowledge in her trade is great. She listed my house on May 1st and it was sold on May 30th. She kept me updated with all coming and going of my house. Don't forget about the closing, she set me up with a calendar of the whole process of what I need to do and what the buyer is doing. It was a pleasure to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Review for Nichole Peterman Nichole Peterman is a one of the best real estate agents in the Atlanta metropolitan area. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, understanding, flexible, responsive, respectful, and honest. I contacted her regarding wanting to sell our townhome in Smyrna, GA and she suggested that we first get an appraisal because wed upgraded and added so much since purchasing. After the appraisal in August 2024 I experienced several personal obstacles. I kept Nichole updated via email, text, and phone calls. Needless to say Nichole was understanding and patient with all that we had going on. Finally, on January 31, 2025 the house was placed on the market for the full appraisal amount, and we had an offer on February 8th for that amount from the very first person that viewed the home. We never imagined it would be that fast. There were still many unpleasant hiccups with the buyer, buying agent, and the home inspection company that the buying agent selected for the buyer, however, Nichole managed them all professionally and accordingly. She kept us calm until closing the second week of March 2025. Nichole Peterman saved the sale, and we are so very grateful to her for doing so. If you need a real estate agent in Atlanta and/or the surrounding area please contact Nichole she is top tier.

ZillowVERIFIED I was an out of state seller and Nichole did a terrific job of handling things as boots on the ground for me. She was able to secure an offer exceeding my expectations. Nichole communicated with me regularly throughout the process which was very helpful. When a couple of things came up from the inspection, she went the extra mile to get the repairs done. When my management company was not cooperating in a timely fashion, she found alternative vendors to make the necessary repairs and even saved me $1500 in the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Nichole Peterman as a very friendly, professional and dedicated Real Estate Agent. She will work hard on your behalf.

ZillowVERIFIED Nichole always kept me informed and up to date on the selling stages. She went above and beyond to make sure all deadlines were met on both ends. Nichole had 3 buyers for us to pick from in just a couple of days of showing. Nichole talked me through the whole processes and what to expect. I was able to sell my house on time and Nichole handle everything very professionally and when its time to purchase a new home I will be contacting Nichole to get the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED Nichole did a great job. She put my rental property up for sale and listed it. We had 19 offers within just a few days. The first offer fell through so she listed it again and within a day she had another buyer willing to pay full price..................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

ZillowVERIFIED If you need land sold, you absolutely need Nichole as a seller. I am writing this review because of how grateful I am to her for selling our land for us. Nichole took a 12 acre parcel that had sat for over a year when originally listed and sold it in weeks! I can't even remember how long is stayed listed because it was that quick. I don't even think it was 2 months before the closing! She reached out to builders/developers, and she found us a CASH BUYER and had her do a quick close for us and sold it for $65,000 more than what we purchased it for. She has connections, she knows where to go, and she excels at mediation. There were four of us who owned this property and we were half divided on expectations and desires for the selling. I feel so bad for Nichole because she had to do a lot of therapy sessions with us to get the group on the same page. And the most impressive part to me was that the Buyer NEVER KNEW! She has always been responsive, excellent with her approach to marketing, and text-book with her follow through. We've purchased and sold about 4 times now, and I absolutely believe that it was Nichole was the key part in getting this land sold. Land is known for sitting. We saw it before when it was listed for over a year. She was the difference and if I ever needed something sold again, I would absolutely choose her once more.We found her through our buying agent and so glad we did. She gives realtors a good name and represents her industry well. Thank you for make a difference for our family!!

ZillowVERIFIED On St. Joseph's Day I cold-called Nichole from out of state to purchase a home in GA. It was a tough time to purchase a house in a seller's market from the other side of the continent but she helped me obtain my most perfect house in my budget within weeks and trumped all competition. She was the friendliest, most reliable agent I ever had the pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, experienced, honest, highly communicative and responsive (absolutely imperative). She's quick-thinking, always has an answer or always finds an answer for me. She was an absolute blessing and a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED When we were referred to Nichole, we instantly knew that we had met the realtor who would help us sell our home fast and at top market price. Nichole came to meet with us, and blew us away with her extensive knowledge, clear and kind demeanor, and the confidence and availability we knew we needed. We knew when we signed with her; she would turn our home selling stress into a complete success story. She did not disappoint! After one day, our house was pending! Here is what you will get, and the real difference with Nichole:1. Attention. We were not a big fish, but we were never left hanging, and we had the full attention of Nichole.2. Excellence. She knows this game and follows through with precision. Period.3. A phenomenal support. Not once did she disappoint us.4. An agent who will fight for you. Nichole was the hero that saved us. She sold our home, lifted our spirits, was a champion for us at every turn, and helped us closing the sale. She is an absolutely phenomenal business woman with a brilliant mind and a beautiful heart. There is nothing negative that we can say about a process that is easily one of the most stressful experiences a human can go through. It is entirely because of Nichole supported us during all the process from the very beginning till the end of it! She made our problems and stress go away!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Nichole is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever worked with. She has a great knowledge of the market, directed me to the right people and she went to great lengths to make sure my needs were met. I will definitely use her on future home sales and purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED Nichole took on a difficult task in selling my home. It had sat on the market for nearly a year with another agent. She took over and it was sold in just a few months. She had professional photographs taken on her own dime. She and her husband helped to move junk out of my garage when I was injured in an accident and could not do it myself. We had title issues that she helped me work through. She was always positive, friendly, and professional. She is not only a good agent, but she is also a good person. I can't stress that enough. I will always be grateful to her. I highly recommend. Thank you, Nichole!
