ZillowVERIFIED Nicholas Linser was amazing. Effectively a native of the year he was super helpful in helping us identify the areas we wanted to narrow our focus on. Additionally he has helped us find local contractors to complete the post purchase work we knew we wanted to complete prior to moving in. Lastly he went over and above by taking care of items related to the property prior to us closing. In short he was able to assist us in identifying the areas we wanted to look at along with taking our broad list of aEURoewantsaEUR? and translating that into a list of qualified homes which allowed us to spend quality time looking at a smaller number of properties versus a shotgun style approach.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicholas was super responsive as we had to sell our home in New York before purchasing our home in Florida. He was very clear in his communication with the selling agent and was the perfect liaison between us and the title company. Nicholas also did a lot of research on homes before we would schedule times to to view as to not waste anyones time to visit homes we would not be interested in purchasing. He communicated via text to both me and my wife, as well as email when it was important to track documents.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently bought a home in the area, and as part of that process, our sellers agent referred us to another realtor based in St Augustine, Nicholas Linser with Remax/Market Force. Though we didnt meet Nick personally until closing day, he took it upon himself to handle remotely all the many details associated with even the simplest of real estate purchases, and ours, in particular, was not aEUR~simple; we were almost 850 miles away and unfamiliar with much of the area. He earned our trust and respect with his amazing knowledge of the region (he is a life-long resident), the market, and the builders. We highly recommend Nick Linser and Remax/Market Force.

ZillowVERIFIED The first time we met I had a feeling this is the person to sell my property and I was right. Without saying what I wanted to sell for I asked him what he thinks he would be able to get for my property. He quoted me a figure of forty thousand more than I thought it was worth. I basically said okay go for it and Nicholas Linser had my house sold before I contracted with him. Day one and done You can't ask for better than that.

ZillowVERIFIED Easy to work with, quick response to questions, clear expectations, Nicholas made what can be a stressful experience easy. From our initial meeting at the property, to making an offer on the unit, Nicholas then helped us to find a lender specializing in condo financing to ease that side of the process. He advised my wife and I of expectations through the inspection, potential improvements, finding a good contractor to help with a couple of immediate needs such as painting interior, finding AC service techs, etc. As closing approached he also kept us appaised of what we could expect at that time and the additional needs for insurances, city and condo related specifics and timing of mortgage payments, potential transfer etc.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick as soon as we saw him . We knew he was a great guy to deal with. When he came to our place at the Hammock Dunes he was amazed at a beautiful view of the Ocean and loved the lay out of the Condo. Nick walked us through about the details about Ideal agent. So we took him on and before you know it he had a wonderful couple husband and wife come in and staged to Condo that that photographers were amazed at our place and the view of the Ocean. Nick was honest and fair about price wise . We talked it over and before you know after putting our pictures on line . Our place was sold the next morning it was unbelievable. As far as recommending him with all our heart we will definitely tell our friends and family wherever they live to look up Ideal agent absolutely a wonderful team. Nick was a gentleman and like I said we will even recommend him in Florida. We moved to New York. It was kinda sad because we really liked Nick and became friends right away. If anyone out there looking to move please look up Ideal agent and ask for Nicholas Linser on Zillow. You will absolutely be happy with him . Nick worked on it fast and like I said in 3 days we sold our place. Nick what more can we say . We will miss you very much and dont forget us and keep up the good work you deserve it. ZillowVERIFIED I met Nicholas through a mutual friend, and since I live in GA, we met once so he understood what I was looking for. He nailed it. He was helpful, patient, and after the sale, he still helped me out, as I had many packages going there that needed to go inside. He did this for me which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!! Dennis

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Linser identified a property that I have been looking for and presented me as buyer agent for my best interest with depth and broadth of local knowledge. With his superior end-to-end professional service, it would be impossible for me to complete this purchase remotely. He used Facetime to walk me through the whole property and point out the issues or potential issues he saw, then recommended indenpendent local contractors to conduct inspection and provided estimate of repair cost. I will continue to seek Mr. Linser's service moving forward.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with a lot of realtors in the past 30 years and Nick is quite simply the best! We contracted him as our buying agent when we purchased the house, as our rental agent when we had to move away and as our sellers agent when we sold the house. He excelled in all roles and could not have been more honest, low-stress, and easy to work with. He understood our preferences and acted quickly to meet them. He has unrivaled community connections and even helped to find service professionals to work on our house while we lived there. I would give him 50 stars if I could!

ZillowVERIFIED My name is Doug, I am a small time investor and have been doing a couple of projects (properties) a year. I met Nick in 2015 I believe and have learned that for one, his word carries a lot of integrity. He will call me and say that he may have a home or property that I may be interested in. His knowledge of the area, and he will take the time to call me and explain the area and properties and tell me their potential profits. He has always been honest, that means a lot to me and people who may invest in properties. We need someone whose honest and has knowledge of a property. Nick is hard working, prompt, and will always communicate with you when your looking to buy or sell properties. Upbeat, and is a very good realtor, person, husband, and father. A good family man with endless potential. Recently I had a home that I remodeled and was asking him questions about the market. We had the Coronavirus season a couple of weeks under our belt, and was wondering how the market and people were reacting to what was going on and its effects on the real estate market. He had an answer with honesty attached with it. I told him I had a home ready to go but wasnt ready to list yet, that I was going to try and sell myself. He said that he had a couple who were looking in the St. Augustine area and were having a hard time finding anything in their budget. He said let me tell them about your house and Ill get back to you after I speak to the couple. He called and said they wanted to look at it. They came in and right away he said they liked it a lot and it would work in their budget. A few days later they were ready to buy and we came to an agreement on price. Nick is the man. The realtor who can get it done. I would highly recommend Nick Linser to sell or buy a property. I have had a real estate license for about 7-1/2 years and never have activated it because I love to work with my hands and remodel homes. I am getting older and have some ailments that are steering me to get ready to activate my license in the near future and know his impact on me on how I want to be as a realtor. I hope and pray that I can emulate what Nick is to the realty world and hope I can follow his footsteps as a realtor. Recommend Nick Linser, 100 %.

ZillowVERIFIED Our first exerience with Nick was back in 2014 when he represented us in the purchase of our condo in St. Augustine Florida. He was so professional and provided us with great advice and kept us informed throughout the process. In 2017 when we moved to the United Kingdom ,we relied on Nick again to help us rent our condo out until we got back to the US. It was another great experience. Nick again provided us with the reassurance that our property would be in good hands. In 2019, when we decided to sell our condo in St. Augustin Florida, we again contacted Nick to help us get it on the market and when it sold he made the process easy and kept us informed throughout the deal. Afterwards, we informed Nick that we would like to purchase a retirement home in St. Augustin but since we were still in the UK we were not ready as of yet. Keeping this info in mind he kept us in mind and when he came across a home that he thought was a good deal and one that we would be interested in he contacted us and again we started the process to purchase the property, which we have just finalized. In closing I would like to say, that with our first encounter with Nick Linser in 2015, the service and professionalism that he provided us has just gotten better and better. Again, I would defiantly recommend Nick Linser as a Realtor, keeping in mind the 100 percent experience, customer service and professionalism that he provides his clients. Thanks Again Nick for our wonderful retirement home in St. Augustin Florida. Marie K. Abernathy Fort Belvoir, Va

ZillowVERIFIED When my mother-in-law passed away in Florida, her estate attorney recommended Nick Linser to handle the sale of her condo in Florida. I met with Nick and was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the area and real estate market. He also had great resources for cleaning, furniture staging, and photos for the listing. He even does local restaurant recommendations in St. Augustine that were very good. I returned home to Illinois knowing the Florida property was in good hands. Nick handled everything perfectly from the listing to the closing and kept me informed of what was happening at every stage. He turned what could have been a long distance nightmare into a pleasant experience.
