ZillowVERIFIEDJohn is an amazing realtor! I recently helped me purchase a property in St. Augustine. I was relocating to Florida from out of state and he went above and beyond to make sure the transition went smoothly. Whenever I came to town to view properties not only did he do his research, he also took the time to show me around the town so I would be familiar with the town I was moving to. I credit him for making my move stress free, which was deeply appreciated. If you want a realtor who is engaged and cares about your end result, then look no further. You?re not going to find a better realtor than John!
ZillowVERIFIEDJohn was so helpful and great to work with in all steps of my home purchase. This was a whirlwind transaction - just over two weeks from showing to closing, and John was there every step of the way, expediting all aspects of the sale, including several negotiations, with keen attention to detail. Hes personable and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate transactions, and always took the extra step to communicate and share helpful ideas throughout the process, and even after the closing.
ZillowVERIFIEDI got super lucky with John! He started helping me look virtually when I was up north still. He was super honest about everything he showed us. I can be a little demanding at times but didnt need to be with John lol he knew all the areas very well and had knowledge about the different homes and what to look for. I feel like I gained a friend through this experience! Courteous, kind& knowledgeable - you cant go wrong if John is your agent! Highly recommend if youre looking in the St Johns/Putnam/Flagler county area! Thank you so much John for all your time and hard work!
ZillowVERIFIEDJohn was very helpful in taking care of everything in the sale of my property from start to finish. He did a wonderful job of marketing the property through research on price and online presentation. The property was under contract pretty quickly as well. He communicated well with me and handled anything that came up all the way to the closing table and even after that.
ZillowVERIFIEDJohn was great. His knowledge of the area helped me determine the selling price. He communicated with me on details throughout the entire process. When I had questions he was quick to reply with a thorough answer. I have and will continue to recommend him to all my friends and family.
ZillowVERIFIEDJohn cares about his clients. His knowledge of the NE Florida area, along with his willingness to find the answers to all our questions was extremely helpful in our search for a home. My husband and I lived in another state and were long distance buying. John took the time to find out our needs and desires and guided us every step of the way. He accommodated our situation both before and after our closing, often meeting with various inspectors and service providers when we were unavailable. His patience, concern, and can do attitude were such a positive in the process of buying a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe just moved into our new house in Saint Johns, FL. John was our realtor and crucial partner in making this purchase happen. There was complexity with Covid such as traveling to FL from Chicago, viewing homes, etc. John was extremely professional throughout the challenge of buying a home in these times He was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy during the whole process of our home shopping and buying experience. We have only amazing things to say about John McGovern. No question was too small for John, he took notes and reached out to the seller on multiple occasions to help remove ambiguity on house details. He was also extremely helpful in the mortgage process as well as represented us in the virtual closing since we were still living in Chicago at the time. We highly recommend working with John for your property buying and selling needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDJohn is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He was very responsive and ready with a solution for any problem that arose. He made my transaction smooth and easy, and I would happily work with him again.
