I had the greatest pleasure working with Van, who came highly recommended by my aunt. Being a first time home buyer, it was super scary, but Van literally held my hand through it all and didnt overwhelm me with all the jargon and lingo. She explained everything very well and make sure you understand everything. Van helped me from the very beginning when buying was just a thought to the very end at closing and more. She gave very professional advice with great insight of the market. Van was super responsive and knowledgeable, and she would answer all my questions even late into the night. She is very responsive to house viewings and does intensive research on each house and value. Van helped me get a competitive home in a very competitive time and market. Perfect experience from start to finish! Weve been impressed with Ngoc since 2014 when he sold us our first house in VA. When we sold our home, we wanted to work with him again. He walked us through every step of the process and made invaluable suggestions that helped sell the house quickly. Ngoc suggested a stager who selected perfect furnishings that helped show the house at its best. Within 48 hours of listing, he created a spreadsheet that allowed us to quickly and easily compare multiple offers above the asking price, and make an informed decision (at 11 pm!). As a result, the house went under contract in 2 days and successfully closed. He truly is an expert who is client-focused and driven, all while being respectful to both buyers and sellers. In short, he does not stop working until your house closes. As far as we are concerned, Ngoc Do is the best in the business! We recommend him very highly!

On Contract in 5 Days! Ngoc was a partner in that success - three months in the making. Ngoc took the time to understand our need to time the market for sale in support of a family relocation to another part of the country. He was upfront and honest regarding the level of repairs and remodel necessary for the home to sell and return top dollar.
