By always placing the interests of my clients first, I have built a loyal clientele with growth deriving not from newspaper, magazine, or internet ad campaigns, but through word of mouth from one happy and satisfied client to another. IT IS BEST TO DO ONE THING REALLY WELL I market real estate....With research focused on solving marketing challenges and anticipating market trends, I know what I do well, and I am constantly striving to do it better! Through continued perseverance on difficult and challenging issues, I am committed to providing continuous improvements to my customer service. QUICKER RESPONSE IS BETTER THAN SLOWER RESPONSE I believe in using technology to its fullest advantage to most quickly and efficiently provide answers, solutions, data, etc. to clients, vendors, and co-op brokers. Clients want answers, and they want delivery of them NOW.....I am constantly reviewing resources in this regard to deliver quick, efficient, and relevant information to all concerned. I MAKE A PROFIT WITHOUT COMPROMISING MY PRINCIPLES I am in business to make a profit. Revenue is derived from offering real estate and related services to my clients. However, no sale or commission is worth compromising what I know is right. I believe in win/win scenarios. I commit to treating the client, the co-op agent, the buyer, seller, and my TEAM respectfully and with a spirit of goodwill. It is a core value that I do not compromise INTEGRITY in order to get results. My clients and the community trust me, and no short-term gain could ever justify breaching that trust. GREAT JUST ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH I always strive to deliver more than expected. I do not accept being the best as an endpoint, but as a starting point. Through innovation and constant re-evaluation, I will take what works well and improve upon it. My goal is to anticipate needs not yet articulated by my clients, and then meet them with products and services that set new standards.
