My home had been on the market for about seven months with another agent before I switched to Neil. I had put my home on the market and PCS'd/moved to another location. I think that my previous agent didn't focus on me because I was not local. But Neil kept me up to date, contacted me, offered guidance just as if I was in the local area. He was able to provide guidance on pricing points that was most likely effecting the sale of my house (my previous agent had never mentioned to me). He held several open houses, ensured the house was advertised in the paper,internet, etc. (he also sent the advertisements to me). He monitored the market in my area, told me about changes I need to make in order to make my home more competitive and kept me up to date on potential buyers. I wish I had originally went with Neil because I definitely think my home would have sold much earlier. He worked very hard for me.
