ZillowVERIFIEDNeha is an incredible agent! We just closed on our very first home last week in the competitive Redmond, Bellevue, and Sammamish market. Because it was our first time buying and we had strict budget constraints, we were definitely a bit picky, but Neha was patient, supportive, and dedicated throughout the entire journey. Her negotiation skills are top-notch, and she guided us seamlessly through every step of the process. If you want an agent who will truly advocate for you and make a stressful process feel smooth, we highly recommend Neha!

ZillowVERIFIED Neha did a great job assisting with the purchasing of our new home! Her expertise in the market in the geographic area as well as her feel for buyer sentiment and their decision process was key in suggesting the right price. This was a new construction and we only had one chance to get it right with our bid. She was also fully involved in the closing process first suggesting alternate forms of financing to secure the loan through the construction process. She referred us to a very helpful mortgage officer to help with the closing. Overall very helpful, providing great advice throughout the buying and closing process!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a great experience working with Neha. She was extremely responsive and flexible in terms of reaching out for any questions or concerns. Neha was both a listing and a buyers agent for us. Throughout the process she communicated well and followed up with us on every little detail. What we liked most about Neha was her being up front about a lot of things which would have gone unnoticed. Her due diligence is something that we really appreciate. She suggested a good loan officer for us and also a very good staging company which made a huge difference in selling our home. We felt we were in safe hands with Neha and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to work with Neha. As an out of state buyer with no knowledge of the area and in search of a home in short period of time, that too in a sellers market, she helped immensely with short listing homes, visits and framing solid offers. Also, post offer and closing helped with contact information of reliable local vendors needed to settle in the new home.

ZillowVERIFIED We had mixed feelings about cooperation with Neha. What we liked during work with her: - she was able to show us houses, that didn't have "Open House" - she advised us a good mortgage officer - she was able to respond to us quickly at any time What we didn't like: - she wasn't interested to find the best house for us - she wasn't interested in our preferences - poor communication skills - she pushed us to place offers - she wasn't really on our side during the deal, because she didn't try to negotiate with the seller some points that we didn't like. Her answer was "You can do it later for your money". - she didn't give us a detailed list of what was included and what not in our future house.
