We did not want to move into an apartment, so she helped plan out a complete strategy to tackle the sale while we were still living in the house. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I made our first contact with Neelam when she was selling a house for a client and we were window shopping for a home in the neighborhood . She was very friendly and easy to relate to. At that point, since we were not seriously looking to buy, she gave me her business card as well as the information of a great lender and advised us to start the process by getting a pre-approval letter from the lender. she gave us some information on the buying process (since my husband and I were first time buyers) even though we were not her clients at that stage and told me that if I ever need any help she is more than willing to help. After a number of weeks, my husband and I decided to start looking for a home seriously and Neelam was the first person to come to mind since we had a great first impression of her. We contacted her and she immediately set aside some time the following day to speak to us and find out what our expectations were. She gave us great advise and suggestions on areas we might consider buying based on our budget and how the whole buying process would take place. She wasn't just interested in closing the deal for her self interest but we felt that she really cared that we got a home that we loved and could raise our family in. We found the home that we loved on the first day of our home search. She aggressively sought to help us close the deal and was in constant contact with us during the process. We did eventually get the home with her help. We were extremely impressed with her professionalism and we had complete trust that she had our best interest at heart. Once we got the home, the underwriting process begin, and the lender she had recommended was AMAZING as well. During the process, if we didn't understand anything, Neelam would explain to us what was going on or what a particular document meant. Over all, I would give her 20 stars if I could. She did a great job and was available at ALL times when we needed her. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
