Neda Perrina

Neda Vejdani Perrina is a Washington-licensed real estate agent (License #132701) with over 8 years in residential real estate, having closed over $450M in sales volume across Seattle, Mercer Island, Bellevue, Medina, Clyde Hill, Sammamish, Bainbridge Island, and more.

Neda has built her career on a simple belief: luxury is an experience, not a price point.

In 2021, she was the #1 individual producer at Realogics Sotheby's International Realty; and in 2022 and 2024, her team ranked #1 company-wide. In March 2025, she was recognized as a Top Agent on Zillow.

But the number she's most proud of is simpler: 100% client-centered, every transaction, every time.

Neda serves as a Founding Member of the Realogics Sotheby's flagship office in Bellevue, and as a Certified Relocation Professional and Certified Residential Specialist, she specializes in seamless transitions, whether that's around the corner or around the world. Her global network of trusted real estate professionals means her clients are never without expert guidance, no matter where life takes them.

What sets Neda's approach apart is the combination of data-driven market expertise and genuine white-glove care. She dives deep into neighborhood trends, brings creative solutions to complex negotiations, and coordinates every detail, from stagers and cleaners to movers and inspections, so her clients can focus on what matters most: their next chapter.

Before real estate, Neda built a career in sales and leadership, consistently earning top awards and developing a reputation for exceeding goals through creative thinking and tenacious advocacy. Those same instincts drive everything she does for her clients today.

Outside the office, Neda lives in Bellevue with her husband Roberto and their two children. She is passionate about giving back: supporting Mary's Place, Construction for Change, the Down Syndrome Center of Puget Sound, Impact 100, and Fred Hutch.

If you're buying, selling, or relocating to the Pacific Northwest, Neda would love to connect.
