Nathan responded to my phone call when an initial Zillow search turned up a condo that seemed just right. He was willing to help us learn about the Portland condo market and come up to speed quickly so that our expectations matched reality. It seems like we met the right person at exactly the right time. Hes a really nice guy too: easy to talk too, responds to texts, and cares about his clients.

Nathan is a Portland Area charm. He is extremely knowledgeable in and around the city and suburbs of Portland, as well as the towns that stretch along the Oregon Coast. Nathan helped us to find the perfect property- working with us both day and night and on short notice. His responses were prompt and explained each step of the process in a way that we could understand thoroughly. He listened closely to both our big and small needs/wants for our future home. Nathan develops a trusting relationship with his clients, encourages questions, provides reassurance throughout the process, and continues to care for us even after our purchase had been completed. We look forward to working with Nathan again in the future.

Nathan made buying a house out of our home state both smooth and uneventful. It seemed no matter what the question was or the time of day, Nathan was quick to respond with a detailed answer. He never made us feel like we were a bother or like the questions we asked were insignificant. The home we bought was occupied with renters at the time of purchase which made the process a bit more complicated. Nathan supplied us with all the resources we needed to smoothly work through the process of buying a renter occupied home. Buying a home is a big decision that typically comes with lots of ups and downs, but Nathans willingness to accommodate all of our request and his knowledge in the closing process, made buying our coastal Oregon home easy. This was our first experience buying a home with Nathan as our realtor, but it will not be our last. Thank you Nathan for making our dream of owning a home on the Oregon coast come true!

Nathan is the best realtor I've ever worked with. He listened to my pretty unique needs and situation and stayed within those bounds. He kept his eyes open for the exact type of house I needed and showed me those, without ever trying to push something else. He also went above and beyond in getting my house ready to put on the market, including connecting me with the people I needed (painters, etc). I highly recommend Nathan as both a seller's and buyer's agent!

Nathan is excellent at his job. He helped our family find and buy our dream property. We had a extremely short closing window and he anticipated every move, writing a competitive bid and guiding us through all the logistics. I highly recommend Nathan. He is very responsive while never making us feel pressured. Nathan will help you find the perfect house or property for you with grace and patience, until its go time. Then he will GET IT DONE.
