ZillowVERIFIED My first meeting with Nathan was July 2018 at which time he introduced himself and his company. After this introduction we decided that Nathan would be our agent in a real estate sale which we wanted to happen quickly. He is professional by every standard and worked to quickly get us to market. He followed up with a professional presentation on the internet and locally via signage and advertisement through professional real estate groups. We had a solid contract by the first of November, which despite weather and some other issues we were able to close December 12th. Nathan was there to support and advise us every step of the way and with his help we closed on time with very little problem. As a person Nathan is a strong, honest, hard worker. And is read to help in any way possible. I strongly recommend him for any real estate sales any person may be planning.

Nathan recommend a great lender that got everything right the first time and pushed our mortgage through. Nathan new all the correct forms that needed to be completed and signed that the realtor listing the home we bought had over looked. We had trouble with the sellers wanting to remain in home after closing pushing us to the very limit of time for getting out of our old house. Not only was Nathan there helping negotiate with the sellers on this issue but, since we were running out of time to move Nathan not only found us a last minute moving crew he even payed the moving bill. ZillowVERIFIED Nathan was very patient with us. My wife and I were moving from Charlotte, so we had issues of distance, time, and schedule to work through. We had to look on weekends, lunch hours, and an occasional evening. We also had to rely heavily on the Internet to narrow our search.We quickly narrowed our search to three key locations we liked, in the school zone our boys could live in and still go to PGSA magnet. Finding the right house was the challenge. Nathan did a good job of lining up weekend afternoons of house tours. We learned that the Internet sites, as good as they are, have their limitations. You still have to look, see, smell, observe, and think! Nathan might seem to be, sometimes, a little slow to respond, but that's because he's attending to someone else's details the way you want him to attend to yours! He took the time with us that we needed to find the right home. He earned his share of the commission by doing so. He led us to the right attorney, inspectors, and more. He guided us smoothly through the negotiation phase, working with the seller's agent, getting the price down to a fair point for all concerned. We are very happy we took the time to find the right property in the right community for our needs. Nathan played a key role in that process.

His knowledge of home construction helped us stear clear of what appeared to be a sound home but in fact had or has termites, bad wiring to water damage. He has a personality that buts one at ease and helps you see the humor in a burlap ceiling, sun bleach wood floor, barn paneling to the interesting decorated home. He was more concerned that we got a sound home that met our needs and wishes then the bottom dollar. Nathan spent over a year helping us find not only a sound home but an area that met our dreams of a new home. ZillowVERIFIED I have tried to deal with other realtors before I met Nathan, but they were all way too pushy or you could never get in touch with them. Nathan would always be right there whenever we needed him. He never tried to push any houses over on us. At the same time he was very honest if he didn't think it was safe for our family he would let us know. He know so much about the business. If you had a question 95% he knew the answer. If he didn't he would find out right away. I am so thankful for all of the time he took away from his family to find a home for ours. He never got aggravated with us when it seemed like were never going to find the right one. Still to this day if I had a question about something I could call him right up and he would be glad to help. House buying is a very stressful process, but he helped keep me calm and did everything he could to make it a smoother process.
