Stratton was beyond excellent to work with! As first time home buyers, we were lost as to where to start in the process, Stratton helped us every step of the way until we found our perfect home! His professional input, advice, and willingness to work with our schedules really made this process less stressful and easy. I would highly recommend Stratton to anyone looking for or selling a home!

Stratton went above and beyond with helping us find a house and getting us exactly what we were looking for. He even gave us recommendation on who talk with at different banks when we were having issues with our first bank. Stratton was always quick to respond with any questions we had no matter day or time.

I had never worked with a realtor and was faced with selling a home that would likely present challenges. My first meeting with Stratton was months ago just to give me an overview of what the process could look like and the likely challenges. Months later we were ready to move forward and Stratton was ready to go. This listing involved several family members, Stratton made it all very easy and efficient. Much to our surprise (based on the property) he had several showings immediately and a signed contract within a week. He was very helpful with recommendations during the negotiations phase. Closed on the deal in less than three weeks of listing. He will be the first person I call if I ever need a realtor again.
