During our initial consultation, Nate came thoroughly prepared with comprehensive market information and demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about our target areas. My wife initially worried that all the realtor interviews would be repetitive and boring after meeting with Nate first. After subsequent interviews with other agents, she said, "All they had to do was explain it the way Nate did. How did that go so badly?" The contrast was striking. Nate's ability to communicate complex information clearly and engagingly made our decision easy. We went from interviewing agents to selecting Nate within a week, and the momentum continued from there. That very first weekend of house hunting, we found ourselves in a bidding war. While we were outbid on that property, we went under contract just a few weeks later on our dream home, ironically, the very first house we had seen. What impressed us most was Nate's honesty and insight. He wasn't just showing us properties; he was actively pointing out potential concerns and sharing his professional assessment of each home. His knowledge of our target neighborhood, Northern Arlington, was extensive, and he truly understood our needs and wishes. Not only was this our first time through this process, it was during an unprecedented time with a stagnant inventory, high interest rates in a very highly desired location in Arlington. Throughout that stressful day, he remained calm, patient, and kept us informed every step of the way. During negotiations on our final home purchase, Nate's expertise helped us secure some nice upgrades we hadn't even planned on getting. He was present for the blue tape, final walkthrough, and settlement day. What made working with Nate special was how he balanced professionalism with genuine warmth. I felt like I was collaborating with a knowledgeable friend on a major project rather than just another transaction. I could call him with questions, sometimes just seeking his personal opinions, and sometimes his professional opinions, and he always made time to walk me through concerns and decisions. The positive reviews were on point. After a phone conversation, Nate helped us establish some search parameters for our new home. We were, perhaps, a bit overzealous in seeking out open houses, but Nate went out of his way to check out some of the places we liked on his own so he could offer his opinion. He did some extensive background research on similar properties to show us the state of the market and to help us understand what would make for a competitive offer. He was also very persistent in getting us in to see a property that had been tricky to schedule a showing for, due to the occupants at the time- one that ended up becoming our new home. Thanks to Nate's guidance, we were able to put together an offer that was competitive enough to avoid a bidding war, while also getting a pretty good deal, something that was a rarity at the time we bought. While I anticipate being in our home for some time, if it ever comes time to sell/find something new, Nate will be the first person I seek out.

ZillowVERIFIED After working with Nate 3 times previously (buying, selling, & buying) in the last 11 years, there was no question who we were reaching out to when life provided an amazing opportunity that made us consider selling the home he'd helped us to buy 8 years prior. We were upfront with him that we weren't certain about selling yet, but he still offered to drive out to meet in person with us between our telework meetings and do due diligence in reviewing our home to give us his estimate of our selling price. Three weeks later he brought in a photographer who took amazing shots that brought in 24 viewings over 4 days. Nate was again a master at negotiation, making it clear to potential buyers that while we'd gone on the market in late-November, we were firm about not transferring control of the property until mid-March. He deftly handled competing offers with escalation clauses to get us maximum dollar well beyond our expectations AND also ensured buyers included our desired move out date in their offers through a rent back clause for 2 months after closing.
