A homeowner of many years came to us during an open house. Impressed by the marketing, he listed his home with intent to purchase something near by for him and his newly wedded wife. Suddenly as we hit the market an influx of other homes came up too. Despite the soar in competition, we were able to get them over asking and get his replacement property in contract despite the fact that his home sale wasn't complete. In a robust market, this is very difficult to achieve. Fast forward, we were able to close 3 escrow in time to meet the closing of this newly weds dream home. It was an epic transaction when you think of how many moving parts needed to fall in place seamlessly to make this happen. Thankful to have been entrusted with this couples dreams. We never take the job lightly, but always strive to make it happen.
Working in this business since we were children. Our Father was a broker, so summers meant going to the office and sorting his agent files by date and property.
