Working with Lara and Natalie from Prime Realty absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way! Both agents were warm, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was impressed by their real estate expertise throughout the entire process of selling my home. Lara and Natalie were both available to answer my questions late in the evening and on the weekends and were very accommodating with my very busy schedule. Overall, they were very responsive to my needs as a seller which made the transaction a great deal less stressful than I had expected it to be. Lara and Natalie did a great job marketing my home as well. Within hours of listing my home I received three offers, all above asking price. I ultimately accepted an offer that was far better than what I had expected. Laura and Natalie absolutely made sure that the offer I accepted had my best interests (and my children's) in mind. I cannot say enough about these two! I interviewed several agents from the Moorpark/Simi/ Thousand Oaks area before listing my home for sale and felt that Natalie and Lara's standards coincided with my own (high) standards. They really are an amazing team!

My husband and I relocated to Ventura County after the birth of our first son and were looking for a real estate agent/company that would help us find our first home together as a family. A friend of ours recommended Lara and Natalie and from the moment we met them, they felt like family. They are professional, honest, sweet, and incredibly knowledgeable of the industry. Lara and Natalie are in a 5 Star class all of their own! We were lucky enough to be referred to Lara & Natalie through our longtime-trusted mortgage broker. Based on his recommendation I reached out to Lara just to pick her brain and see if she would be someone I would want to work with before scheduling an appointment. I had actually planned on speaking with a few different agents, including one we had used before. Based on my very first call with Lara, I knew she was the person I wanted to work with. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, smart, and made me feel so comfortable that I felt as if we had known each other for years. It wasn't until our first face to face meeting with both Lara and Natalie that we learned that we knew many of the same people who happened to be long time clients of theirs. So obviously I did my homework and spoke to everyone I knew who had worked with them. Each and every person said the same thing about them. They told me how amazing they are, and how they have referred lots of friends and family to them. Words I kept hearing from my various contacts to describe them were words such as: kind, knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and exceptional at what they do. Needless to say, I knew Lara and Natalie were the team we wanted. Lara understood exactly the type of home and community that we wanted to make our forever home. She understood it so well, that the very first area she told me to check out ended up being 110% what we had always dreamed of, but never knew we would be able to have. So after we found our forever home, we needed to get our home on the MLS and FAST! Lara and Natalie helped me stage my house with ideas and details I would have never thought about doing. I am a creative person who loves staging a home. No agent has ever gotten down and dirty with me to make sure my house was totally ready to bring to market. And market the house they sure did! They didn't spare a single detail, and put so much heart and effort into making sure that our house was marketed to get us the top dollar for it. If all of that were not enough to blow them out of the water compared to others - what set them apart even more was the way they handled the agent who was representing our buyer.In all my years of buying and selling homes, I have never experienced an agent who could have unraveled an entire transaction all on his own. I will spare you the horrible details - but will share that even his own client stopped speaking to him in the process because he was such a nightmare of an agent. That never stood in the way of getting us to the finish line. The way that Lara and Natalie successfully handled this agent is the reason I am sitting in my dream home right now. I don't know anyone else who would have been able to keep our deal together with all of the nonsense that was happening because of the buyers agent. But Lara and Natalie never let his games get to them, and they always remained professional, fair, and honest along the way. They handled a really bad situation with such class, dedication, and calm and cool heads. While juggling all of the curve balls our buyers agent was throwing at them, they were also dealing with helping us close on our new home working directly with a very unorganized builder and sales office. I am sure for Lara and Natalie, our transactions will go down in their books as two of the toughest they have had to deal with. But from the way they handled everything, you would have thought it was all an easy breeze. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, you will never go wrong calling Lara and Natalie. There are thousands of reasons that they have such incredible reviews on Zillow. They deserve each and every one of their consistent 5 star reviews. I am forever thankful to the two of them for all their hard work and support. They truly are the best of the best!
