She sold my home and found my current at the same time. Natalie was referred to me thru a friend. After doing my due diligence and interviewing several other agents I decide to go with Natalie based on her professionalism and her enthusiasm. I have bought and sold several homes but never has it been as easy as with Natalie. She has fantastic attention to detail both in presentation of the home and in closing escrow. She priced our house perfectly for the market and within a few weeks we had multiple offers. Natalie, Ashley and the rest of her team really go the extra mile preparing the home with staging, fantastic photos and 3D walkthrough video, mailers, booklet and promotion. With Natalie you feel like your home is the only one she is selling when she actually has multiple listing at the same time. She responds immediately by text or phone with every little question and I had a lot! To complicate matters I needed to find a home at the same time that i was selling our home. So besides all the showings of our selling house she was meeting me to view prospective homes. I am extremely particular choosing only a few neighborhoods but with a tight budget. We found the perfect home to buy but it was a little out of my price range. This is where Natalie shined. Natalie is a brilliant negotiator and I ended up getting the home for an amazing price right in my target budget. What really impressed me is that after the sale and purchase of my new home Natalie became an amazing resource for the remodeling I needed to do in the new home, even dropping by to look at flooring and tile samples! I realize this is a long review but I have seen how Natalie and her team work from both the buying and selling side and was extremely impressed. She gave us advice on cleaning up the house and staging, and even provided some nice looking stuff for showings. But what was so great about that, is she didn't do a "hard sell" telling us that everything in the house had to be de-personalized (like other agents did). She completely empathized with our 10 year old son not wanting to change all his familiar bedding and decorations just to show the house. It was hard enough for him to deal with moving out of state, and Natalie totally understood that! She knew the neighborhood well, had good connections, and good negotiating skills. We were the types of buyers who spent almost 2 years looking for the perfect house. That meant endless hours driving near and far for Natalie- she always showed up enthusiastic, full of ideas and willing to spend hours talking through what we liked and didn't, wanted and didn't. We ended up purchasing a house we loved BUT shortly after unexpectedly had to relocate. Natalie quickly put the house on the market for us, helped us make a few necessary upgrades to recoup the full purchase price and sold the house in less than two weeks AND during the holidays!
