ZillowVERIFIED We were very impressed with Natalie Cousins and her team from our very first contact with her. She was the first person to contact us in response to our need for a realtor. She was so professional and articulate that we immediately were convinced that she would be the best realtor for us. Little did we know just how well-suited she was to help us through the process of selling our home. From the start she led us patiently through the process of preparing our home to put on the market, including advising us on what needed to be done to the house and what not to change. As we were working on repairs and upgrades she even advised us on colors of carpet and paint. We had already moved to another state and she was a life saver in so many ways. She so generously shared her broad background and experience with us, guiding us along the way. She was always candid and straightforward about everything, spelling out the realities and options for us. We were so impressed with Natalie and her team that we couldnt wait for our home to sell so that we could write a testimonial for them. We had total faith in Natalie and her team and highly recommend her to serve anyone who would appreciate an experienced, hard-working, honest and dedicated real estate agent. We love you Natalie!

ZillowVERIFIED Natalie Cousins & Associates was a wonderful team to work with on buying my 1st home. Had a one on one session in getting to her know the clients and their needs they are looking for in a home. When I had questions at anytime she was there to walk me through them. I really enjoyed my experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Natalie did a fantastic job of selling my condo in Conyers so I could move into a senior apartment. She made the whole process worry free. She knows real estate backwards and forward. She got the minor repairs done and the condo ready for listing in no time. I just had total confidence in her and I could put my trust in her. She made the whole process stress free.

ZillowVERIFIED Natalie was a pleasure to work with. I worked with her and her associates to sell two homes and to purchase the home I am currently living in. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They walked me through each step in the process of selling and buying and were always open to answer questions.

ZillowVERIFIED Natalie exceeded our expectations throughout the entire buying process! As someone who has worked with other realtors in the past, I was so impressed with her professionalism and etiquette. She was incredibly thorough in every stage of buying our home. Natalie was never pushy or dishonest, but always made her best effort to put our needs first. She was an ally, friend, and advisor that helped us navigate the many nuances that exist in the buying process! We felt like we were constantly aEURoeahead of the curveaEUR? at every step of the process, which was entirely due to Natalies thoughtfulness and dedication. My husband was new to the buying process and felt very informed due to Natalie's ability to educate. We always knew Natalie had us covered! We can't imagine a better experience and cannot wait to refer other people to her brokerage moving forward! Thank you, Natalie & Team!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking to buy our first home and Natalie exceeded our expectations in helping us purchase our first home. Here are some of the things that stood out in our work with Natalie: Detailed:We interviewed two other agents before we decided to work with Natalie. What stuck out to us after our first meeting was how thorough she was. In our first meeting she gave us about an hour long presentation explaining the entire house buying process in great detail at no cost. As first time home buyers, this was very vital as it helped calm a lot of our fears about a process that can be overwhelming but also we walked out of that meeting feeling well educated about the process and what to expect. We didnt find that in our discussions with other agents.Responsiveness:Natalie was very responsive during the entire process. I could send her a text at 10:30pm and she would respond and even on some occasions jump on a call with us to explain. We had lots of questions during the process and she was always available and knowledgeable enough to answer our questions Knowledge:Natalie showcased that she was knowledgeable about houses and things to watch out for. She routinely provided valuable information on whether things we noted in a house were going to be a big issues or easily fixable Honesty:One of the most important things in buying a house is finding an agent who is honest and has your best interest at heart (Even though they stand to benefit from your purchase). There are many agents out there whose main goal is to make a deal even if it doesnt benefit the buyer but in our interactions with Natalie we found her to be refreshingly honest and open about the pros and cons of a house. We didnt feel pressured to make a purchase and felt confident that she had our best interest at heart and wouldnt lead us into a bad deal just to make a profit. Dedicated Team:As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and needs. Natalie had a dedicated team that also worked with us to make the process smooth.Once we got under contract on a house, I indicated to Natalie and her team that we would like to close as quickly as possible. Her team worked with us and we were able to close in about two weeks with no major issues. During this short close period, we were able to do all the home inspections on the property (we ordered additional ones), do the appraisal and see the home ourselves about three times before we closed. Getting this done in such a short time without cutting any corners in this market is a testament to the dedication and competence of Natalie and her team. We are blessed to have been able to work with them and will do so again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED We were extremely pleased that Natalie and Brandi represented us. They made us feel confident and comfortable that our interests would be the priority. Selling our home was done with care and professionalism. They were always available for our many calls, and made sure that we were kept informed during the whole process. The result was excellent, and we could not have asked more of them. We have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.
