She has good communication skills and clearly explains everything that is to know about a certain situation. Her advice helped me understand the nuances of the housing market and what to look for when making offers. After the offer acceptance, she guided me through every step of the closing process, providing contacts of loan agents, insurance agents, contractors for remodeling etc., most of which I ended up using.
