Jane is the consumate realtor who puts her clients first. She was sensitive to our needs and always demonstrated patience throughout. Her honesty and efficiency are coupled with compassion and professionalism! It was a bittersweet experience as we sold our beloved home but Jane was right by our side helping us navigate the process and respecting our wishes. We highly recommend Jane!

Jane represented us as buyers in 2011 and sellers in 2021 and did a great job for us on both sides, helping us find the home we wanted and then sell it when we were moving on. Her advice to us as sellers was spot on. While selling property in the spring market of 2021 was relatively easy we felt Jane made sure we got top dollar from a highly qualified buyer to take advantage of the strong market and be assured of a smooth process. With her help we went from listing to closing in under six weeks. She's professional, skilled and a pleasure to work with.

Nancy Moore of the M3 Group was a pleasure to work with. Our situation was complicatedaEUR" we were out of state and the pandemic made travel for home tours and inspections challenging. Additionally, we are an extremely cautious couple (we ask a million questions!) and very thorough. Nancy was patient through the entire process. No question seemed too trivial and she was responsive regardless of the time zone issues. Whats more, she has a terrific network of talented professionals. We felt really comfortable with the real estate attorney and inspectors she recommended. Highly recommend Nancy Moore and the M3 Group.

My husband and I have worked with Jane many times over the years and she never disappoints. We feel Jane goes above and beyond all the time. In this particular market it took us six months to find our forever home. Jane showed us every house we wanted to look at pointed out the pros and cons for each property. Jane answered questions we didnt even know we had. We think communication is very important when working with a realtor and Jane was always available and responsive. Buying a house can be a very stressful experience but Jane made it pleasant. Regards Karen and Ron

Nancy came highly recommended to my wife and I due to her local knowledge. She first guided us in putting together an offer that was accepted in an extremely competitive market. Once our offer was accepted she also was able to recommend an excellent inspector and closing attorney. Nancys calm and steady demeanor lead us through a stressful closing process and she was even able to help us move up the closing date to get us into the house sooner than we anticipated. Nancy and the M3 Group cant be beat if youre looking to purchase a home in the Metrowest!

Answered Questions

Is it rude to go to an open house to browse?

Please know that browsing open houses is not a " no-noaEUR? at allaEUR"in fact, it's one of the reasons they exist. Many people stop by open houses simply to get design inspiration, stay current on what's selling in their neighborhood, or explore possibilities for the future. That kind of interest helps spread word of mouth about the home, which is valuable in itself. As agents, our role is to welcome guests, answer questions, and represent the property with professionalismaEUR"whether someone is ready to buy today or just gathering ideas. While some agents may feel disappointed if visitors aren't immediate buyers, the truth is that every person who walks through an open house is contributing to exposure and community awareness. So please don't feel bad about attending open houses. If you're respectful of the spaceaEUR"as you mentioned you areaEUR"you are more than welcome. Who knows? Sometimes browsing today can spark a move tomorrow, and either way, you're supporting the process. ~ Nancy Moore Needham Realtor

Is the seller responsible for a major expense ?

When selling a home in Needham, MA, or the Boston suburbs, sellers often ask about major expenses. While some costsaEUR"like real estate agent commissions, closing fees, and agreed-upon repairsaEUR"are typically the seller's responsibility, unexpected issues discovered after closing are usually not the seller's liability. For example, if a buyer discovers that the air and heating system is failing after taking possession of a $500,000 home, the seller generally is not required to replace it unless it was misrepresented or concealed. Working with a top Needham Realtor like Nancy Moore ensures both buyers and sellers understand their responsibilities, navigate the Metrowest Boston market with confidence, and minimize surprises during the transaction.

Will private listing hurt my sale?

Deciding to sell your home is a big step, and choosing the best strategy is key to maximizing your sale. One option you might consider is private listingaEUR"is this the right move for you? With my extensive experience in Needham and the surrounding towns, I've seen that private listings can sometimes limit exposure, potentially affecting your sale price. They can also help sell a home with privacy and confidentiality. Understanding the right approach tailored for your home and the local market is crucial, especially in competitive areas like the Boston suburbs. As a top realtor in Needham, MA, I'm dedicated to offering insights for my clients that are not only informed by market trends but also by my hands-on experience.
