ZillowVERIFIED Nancy impressed me with her extensive knowledge of the market when I was searching for a realtor to list my home. Very professional and friendly. When I said I was ready, she put the listing together and had my home under contract very quickly for over asking price! I could not have been more satisfied. Best experience I have had in the stressful task of selling a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy did a wonderful job helping get the house on the market - noting all the small details. She is a professional at what she does. She made it a team effort for all involved in the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy is a wonderful realtor and works very hard to accommodate the seller and the buyer in a VERY professional and caring way.She was willing to help solve any problems or concerns that we had trying to sell our house. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor. We were very fortunate to have a representative like her to be with us every step of the way during the whole process of selling our house.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy sold our last two homes to us and made a very stressful process much easier! The purchase of our first home involved intense negotiations with many offers and she got the deal done. The purchase of our second home was a new construction that involved lots of details and contract changes. We will continue to use Nancy for our future properties!
