ZillowVERIFIED So much greatness can be said about this wonderful woman. We worked with Ms. Nancy for almost 1yr (that's just how picky I was being). She was there the entire time going above and beyond. After being in the military for so long, I was being extremely specific about what I was looking for in our forever home. Because we were first time buyers, we had lots of questions. She educated us on buying new constructed vs. move in ready and building, all the intimidating language, she answered every question I felt was a "dumb" question without making me feel as if it were. Keeping us informed via text, email or phone. Non-biased, straight forward (like a mother would). We didn't feel like clients or a pay check, we became family. She was there even after we closed and still checks in on us. She helped us find our forever home and I could't be more grateful to her.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy sold my house last year quickly after it was listed. I had my house listed after I already moved to Atlanta and she made everything goes smooth from listing to closing. She was very kind and patient with me when communicating with me by phone or email. She gave me advice to get the house sold quickly. If my job is moved to the area again, Nancy will be the person I call for real estate need.

ZillowVERIFIED When my husband got orders to move to Fort Benning from Fort Campbell, I was a nervous wreck. It was our first Military PCS and I was a young Army wife. I had no clue where to even start when looking to rent or purchase a house over 200 miles away. I expressed my interest in one of the houses posted on Zillow and Nancy contacted me. From the first time I spoke with her over the phone I knew I had found the right one. She was SO patient and kind. She expressed her thoughts on places and houses. She even went as far to say that she wouldn't let us buy something that she wouldn't want her daughter living in. She knew we were first time home buyers and took care of us like we were family. We have since moved from Fort Benning and we of course have Nancy managing our rental house. It has been a breeze from the day she contacted me. I have and would recommend her to any of my friends or family.

ZillowVERIFIED We started our home search with Nancy in October of 2015 and finally found a home that we LOVED in January. At the time we lived in Washington state and we were unable to travel to the area to view the home before purchasing. Nancy went out of her way to make sure that everything was taken care of for us by sending us videos of the home, several pictures, and gave amazing recommendations on the location. We LOVE our new home and will use Nancy in the future should we look for another home in the area. Thank you, Nancy for all your hard work and making us feel welcomed to the area.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Nancy about 6 months before we decided to start the home buying process and since then she has been nothing but helpful. She was present at every single appointment we had that was related to our house which was completely unexpected. I am so happy she was our real estate agent and couldn't have asked for a better person. Even after the closing of the home she has kept in touch periodically making sure everything is going well. She made our experience wonderful and I would suggest her to anyone and everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy was a blessing when it came to my wife and I purchasing out first home. She worked tirelessly and constantly provided us with new listings as we narrowed down our search. One listing in particular kept appearing and we never wanted to look at it. We finally did, and it when we walked in we knew it was out home. Nancy had been trying to show us it for weeks. We closed on it in mid march and have loved every minute spent in it. Her expertise of the area and market make her the best Agent in the area. Nancy consistently wen above and behind our expectations and we couldn't be happier. Thank You!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were relocating to the Columbus Ga area and knew No one... We first tried to look around on our own and got NO where... the following weekend we called Nancy and she spent the whole rainy day with us.. she picked up very quickly on what we were looking for and we found a house that day... She helped us put he offer together and even went to the home inspection since we still were out of town. I didn't just work with an agent I met a new friend.. any one who is going to buy or sell in the greater Columbus area should definitely call Nancy... she is the best..

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Nancy when I was in the market for my home. I had 3 very young kids, and was pregnant at the time. She was extremely patient with the children and I, in regards to our schedules or anything else for that matter. We looked at a minimum of 50 houses in a month's time, and she always went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable. I will highly recommend her to anyone that asks, because I know she would really take care of you.
