ZillowVERIFIED Nancy is seriously the best realtor. She helped us buy our first home and she made sure to find us the best fit. She makes it easy and really takes her time. By the end of it she really feels like family. She is kind, but will also fight to get you the best deal. We are so lucky we got to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Nancy was a wonderful experience. She knew my area and knew what I needed to do to to sell my home for the amount she thought it could sell for, which was quite a bit higher than other realtors I?d spoken with. I was panicky and tried to jump at a couple low offers, but she reassured me and kept me calm until the right offer came in. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and have never regretted my decision to sign with her. She?s reliable, loyal, optimistic, and steady as a rock.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy sold my Herriman home in one weekend for $50K above asking! She?s an expert in real estate strategy. If I was to sell another house, Nancy would be my first choice for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband is in the military, we first met Nancy 4yrs ago when we were stationed here in San Diego. She helped us find an apartment on super short notice, and was with us through every step of the way and extremely knowledgeable and diligent. We knew we found a good one. A year later we were interested in purchasing our first home, so naturally we called on her expertise. We just sold that same home with her assistance as we make our way to the next destination, and wish we could take her with us. Highly recommend!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My home was on the market for 2 weeks and received 6 offers. Nancy did a great job showing it and was adept at pricing it to sell quickly. When our original buyers started to have issues with the bank, she was able to line up a backup all cash buyer ABOVE the prior offer price. She did a great job!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a recent sale and I must say it was smooth! Nancy is awesome from the beginning to end. She met with us and explained everything: the process of listing a property, the tools she will use, what the contract entails and what our responsibilities are as a seller. Nancy is very thorough! Always available when you need her and what I love love love about Nancy is she is always very positive. She doesnt give up easily. I would love to work with her again in the future and I can say that I can recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to sell and or buy a property! Nancy, thank you again! You are awesome!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy helped me buy my third house, and she was by far the best of the 3 agents I've worked with. She was amazingly patient and helpful throughout the shopping phase. As we moved into contract she was meticulously thorough with all of the inspections and legal details. As we moved towards close, and things got hairy with the lender, she was again very supportive and helpful. I'd use her again if I could afford to buy another home, and recommend her to any of my friends or family who are looking to buy/sell in north county SD.

I have already recommended her to friends of ours, and will continue to do so.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy is a patent, dedicated, knowledgable professional agent! I was very lucky to find her. I was precise about where I wanted to live, down to the model of the specific townhome and location within the townhome development I wanted to live in. Nancy stuck by me for almost a year and worked with me to find the home I wanted and worked tirelessly during the negotiation process on my behalf. I moved from out of town - Nancy would even pick me up from the train station and take me to potential properties when needed. She became a friend and looked out for my best interests each step of the way both personally and professionally. She also worked closely with my lender which also helped streamline the offer and then buying process. I would recommend any buyer or seller looking to work with a top notch, customer dedicated agent to contact Nancy Bergman.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy is fantastic! I was looking for an experienced realtor who has extensive experience selling rental property. I interviewed several local realtors with no success. Soon after, I was reading a realty website trying to get some answers to complicated tenant questions and I came across Nancy. I was very impressed with her knowledge and the cool professional manner in which she answered all the questions. I called her immediately and unlike many of my previous experiences with realtors she answered her phone, (in the middle of her sons baseball game). She was very Knowledgeable and and responsive. My wife and I set up a meeting with Nancy and were so impressed with her that we hired her immediately. She researched our property and gave us very honest and pertinent suggestions on how to market the unit. We followed her guidance and immediately received multiple serious offers on the property. Because of her superb guidance we were able to sell the property at a fair price. I served in the Military for 11 years all over this country and have moved extensively. I know that it is sometimes very hard to find someone you can trust to look out for your interest when far from home. Nancy Bergman can be trusted! She is honest, fair and reliable.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy did a fantastic job in helping us buy our first home. She helped us navigate the fast-moving market in the San Diego area and guided us through the entire process. Nancy did an excellent job providing information to make offers that were appropriate and got the attention of the sellers and helped negotiate the counter-offers. And she did all of this without being pushy or over-bearing. We can't say enough good things about Nancy and would recommend her without any hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy, was professional and at the same time very personalable. She kept me posted every step of the process and readily available whenever I had questions. The time frame from offer to closing of escrow took much longer than anticipated, but Nancy kept at it and was patient throughout the entire process. It was great working with a knowledgable realtor to represent me during the entire purchase from start to finish.
