ZillowVERIFIEDNadine is such an amazing realtor. In the beginning we didnt know what we wanted so she showed us a bunch of different houses. After about 2 or 3 houses she learned and listened and knew exactly what to look for. When it came to budget she listened. She didnt try and sell us a house that was out of our price range. In the beginning we didnt get prepared for it if we were just looking at styles of houses just to know what to look for. Then when things got serious she told us to get pretty approved so that we knew to look at houses within a price range we had been given so she knew exactly what to work with. She always gave great advice and tips since this is our 1st time buying a home. She knows her stuff and you can tell she really cares about the people she is representing whether its seller or a buyer. I dont think theres not enough nice things I can say. I could go on and on all day about how awesome of an agent she is. So if youre looking for a next real estate agent whether to buy or sell definitely consider her.
