Nadine has done a wonderful job assisting us with the sale of our property. She is well versed, professional, responsive and is dedicated to superior customer service. In the first 2 weeks she conducted (4) open houses resulting in a fantastic offer. We couldn't be more pleased with Nadine and her ability to get the job done! Nadine is by far the best realtor we have used, and with selling over 15 homes over the years, that is saying something! 10/10...would recommend her without question!

We chose Nadine as our realtor because she has lived at Lake Viking for 25 years. She knows the lake, the people who live there, and the surrounding area. Nadine was excellent in all aspects of selling our home. She did a great job marketing our home, working with local realtors who had clients who wanted to view our home and keeping us informed of what we needed to do to help sell our home. We had a few rough spots with the inspection report, but Nadine calmed our nerves and helped us take care of everything. She was always available when we needed her and took the time to listen to our concerns. Nadine is also just a great person with a wonderful personality who works well with everyone. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their home at Lake Viking or the surrounding area.

Nadine was fantastic! We met her at an open house and, just three weeks later, we closed on our new home. She helped us find the right people to secure financing and meet an incredibly tight three-week closing timeline, worked seamlessly with the sellers to make the process as easy as possible for everyone involved, and simply put, was a joy to work with. Nadine was always available when we had questions, kept us continuously updated, and made an incredibly fast-moving process feel organized and manageable. We could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her!
