Its hard to even know where to begin when explaining how amazing our experience was with Morgan. My husband and I were loosely searching for a property out west, as we are from Pennsylvania, and were connecting with Realtors on our road trip to begin the process. We contacted Morgan on our visit to Bellingham, and although we were still on our road trip to narrow down where exactly we wanted to land, she spent hours showing us multiple houses and talking with us about the area. The day we were leaving Bellingham, she called us in the morning to let us know that a property became available again and that we may like to see it. We did indeed go to see the property and fell in love. She made the entire buying process so seamless- from her detailed communication to her quick responses to answering all of our questions along the way, big or small, I cant speak but the utmost positively about her. She is also extremely kind and patient, which helps during this type of process, of course. We truly feel that we made an amazing friend in Morgan, and it was solely because of her that we found our dream property. Morgan helped my partner and I purchase our first home and was an invaluable resource. Since this was our first time ever going through this process, we had a lot of questions along the way and needed a lot of guidance. Morgan went above and beyond to provide all the info we needed and really supported us, including taking calls and meeting up with us outside of business hours and helping us put an offer in over a tight weekend timeframe. She had clear and helpful answers to our questions and when information wasnt available, was able to track things down and follow up with us quickly. She was also a great advocate for us throughout the offer and negotiation process.
