We were referred by a friend to a local realtor office, and we wound up choosing Morgan as our realtor. I am SO GLAD we did, because not only is she extremely professional, but she went above and beyond for us. She handled every little thing for us and we barely had to do anything besides sign online paper work. From start to end, we were in our new house in a little over a month. She made the entire process completely painless and stress free. She's very knowledgeable and patient with us when we didn't understand something, and she's very quick to respond. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Thank you to Morgan for getting our Blacksburg house sold! Morgan is a true pleasure to work with... she was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and so easy to communicate with. Her advice on listing, photography, staging and pricing was well taken and we felt confident in her opinions. She made herself extremely accessible, responsive to our needs even in off hours, and she was patient with our many requests. She went out of her way to help us with managing the details of our remote sale and was always happy to assist with any task required to achieve a smooth closing. I am grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend Morgan to anyone with a property to sell in Blacksburg!

Let me tell you our experience with Morgan. Morgan called us to see if she could help us sell our house. That was a blessing we had our house listed with realtors from Floyd Va and that was the worst experience that me and my wife have ever encountered and had to deal with. We prayed for help and a blessing oh boy did we get it. That's when Morgan called us to offer us any assistance that she could. We had a lengthy phone conversation with Morgan and told her all of our problems that we was having and she advised us that her and the Gravity group could help and solve our problems and make our dreams come true. And boy did Morgan complete that task beyond and above our expectations. We have never experienced such a go getter that Morgan is if there was a problem she fixed it. If there was a way to make it happen she did it. She accomplished everything that needed to be accomplished in selling our home and purchasing our new home. She did things and made things happen that no other realtor has accomplished much less put the effort in and hard work as Morgan did & the Gravity group. So if you need a beyond 5 star realtor to put the effort in and the hard work as she did i would highly recommend to call Morgan Cline. She did everything for us starting with having our property surveyed ,listing our property and getting the job done from start to finish. Very prompt and does exactly what she says she will do . Give you service that you will not get no where else. We have never experienced the service that was provided to us. This makes our 5th house that we have purchased and sold. So if your looking for a A1 realtor do not hesitate and do your self a favor and call Morgan she is so professional kind and caring. She will make your real estate transaction selling or buying a breeze. What she says she will do. She will do it beyond and above her profession. To Morgan thank you for your service it was wonderful to work with you and was great to become friends with you. Thank you the Hatcher's

Morgan did an amazing job as a new realator with us. She showed every house we wanted to see in a timely manner. She supported us on our first house we went under contract on, after the seller started being wishy washy and pulling out of our contract, Morgan kept us grounded and reassured we would find something. The actual home we bought is gorgeous and she kept us in good spirits that this home would work out. Morgan is very knowledgable about the surrounding area and the market as well. She is very professional and also very honest about everything which is something we look for.
