ZillowVERIFIEDhave ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She assisted us with every aspect of the sale from timing to presentation, showings, marketing, negotiations and close. We hired her because she sold our neighbor's house within a week of listing their home, and lo and behold she sold our house within one week of listing too! When she set the price, she set it about $30,000 higher than we would have listed it, and she got the price! She worked very fast to make sure our house got on the market before the competition. She told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale at a reasonable cost. She kept in constant contact at all hours to ensure that we knew what to do during showings and expertly guided us through all the pain points. A lot can happen when selling your house but she knew how to handle every situation to make sure the sale went smoothly. Her impeccable integrity is also beyond anything we have ever experienced from any other realtor. In summary, we can't say enough good things about Monika. We will be using her services again and again whenever we need them. I highly recommend that you hire her if you get the chance and we don't give outstanding reviews often!

She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, always willing to show us every home we were interested inaEUR"even if it was far or out of the way. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail really stood out. ZillowVERIFIED We recently just bought our dream home and also listed our townhome for sale with Monika. She is personable, professional, and is an expert in this market. We had a lot of competition with 8 other offers on the house we were buying and thanks to her knowledge, and expertise, we were able to make the most competitive offer. When we were selling our townhome, she was extremely thorough in her analysis of the market and had amazing professional photos taken which got us multiple offers in the first weekend of listing. Monika is always available for our texts and phone calls and any questions we had during the entire process which made everything so smooth and easy. Monika really goes above and beyond for her clients and I cannot recommend her enough!! Would give 6 stars if I could!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently listed our home with Monika and had an amazing experience working with her. We have moved several times over the years and have never had an agent as professional, experienced, and personable as Monika. She was extremely thorough in her market analysis of our home which resulted in many offers and a quick sale. Her negotiating skills are exceptional and we received an amazing offer. She was always on time for phone and in person appointments and returned our calls or emails expeditiously. Monika is also great at marketing! She had our home inspected before we even listed and she had professional photos taken that really captured its warmth and beauty. We cannot recommend Monika Cronin enough. She goes above and beyond!

ZillowVERIFIED Monika is without a doubt the best realtor Ive had the pleasure of working with. I was referred to her by my VA Loan team. Was moving from North Carolina to New York through a military move. Never lived in this area before and she was able to give me information on how utilities work as well as provide contact information. Assisted in breaking down the process with my wife and I and was very helpful when I needed additional info, communicates very promptly. I will be returning to her when the time comes.

ZillowVERIFIED Monika was phenomenal! She kicked off this operation while I was on vacation and when I returned we saw over 10 houses in one weekend. She helped me keep an open mind when looking for my future home. She is professional and gets down to business from the start which is what I liked. She is also realistic which is a great quality to have when giving advice for first time homeowners. Overall, it was great to have her on the team!

ZillowVERIFIED Monika was absolutely AMAZING through the entire process of our first home purchase, from start to finish and beyond; she continues to check in with us even weeks after closing. Her knowledgeable and expertise was invaluable as we were completely unfamiliar with the process. She guided us every step of the way, arranged every viewing and inspection, referred various companies and agencies as needed, including attorneys and alternative financial institutions. Monika is very personable and takes the time to get to know her clients which allowed her to find the perfect houses for our family, advise on offers and financing, and whether to proceed or withdraw from an offer. She saved us from a major catastrophe with the first house we were going to purchase because of her networking with local construction companies! We were fortunate to find a dream home under our budget and this is all thanks to Monika! We will forever be grateful for Monika!

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Monika at an open house about 6 years ago while relocating to the area. She was so knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping us. Long story short, we hired her and the showings began. We bought a beautiful home in Nassau! When it came time to sell, we called her over to help us with timing and a strategy. She was on point with all of her advice and we sold the house on the first day! There is no one better with her patience, tenacity, and problem solving. We feel lucky to call her a friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Monika and Alex are the dream team to work with! Monika is very knowledgeable and efficient in navigating currently challenging market for the buyers and at the same time getting results. I was able to secure a winning bid on my house with the first offer she put in for me. Monika coordinated my home inspection and Alex attended it in my absence, while I was unable to attend due to work obligations. They are both very resourceful... if you need a contractor or other referral, just ask Monika or Alex. They addressed all issues that came along the way quickly, which made the entire buying process from finding a property through closing a breeze. Also, Monika and Alex are both professionals who truly care about their clients and always go way above and beyond to help make the real estate transaction stress free. I highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Monika from a good friend who had recently sold and purchased homes with her. It was easily some of the best advice I had ever received. Monika replied to my call very quickly and her knowledge of the local market was amazing! We got everything all set up and photos taken and she had viewings set up within minutes of the house being listed! Needless to say the house was under contract extremely fast. Through the entire process Monika was kind, helpful, and precise. She even helped me find a cleaner for my house. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone I know in the market and would be asking for her help if she could down here in Tennessee.

ZillowVERIFIED We have know Monika since 2011 and moved away from Saratoga in 2014 and returned in 2020. Monika was our first call when we decided to move back and she jumped right in and found us our current home! Oddly enough the first property we looked at ended as our home, but she worked with us on building as well. After spending time going through trying to build with with a local contractor we decided not to build and purchased the first home we looked at. We are so pleased with our decision, and the property ended up appraising for more than we paid for it too!! I would definantely reccomend Monika for anyone searching to buy, sell or build.

ZillowVERIFIED Monika is the best! We have been working with her for the past 3 years when we moved out of state and she started renting our home. Monika went above and beyond and not only secured us terrific tenants every year, which was important considering we renovated the entire home just before moving. Monika took care of everything for us, not only with the rental, but with taking care of any repair issues, checking in with the tenants, etc. When we decided to sell the home, she did so in one day and secured a price we wanted plus some. Monika exceeded our expectations constantly over the past 3 years. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.
