Monica Manosalva

Born and raised in Lima Peru, Monica relocated to Northern VA where she attended high school and college. She worked as a Surgical Dental Assistant for 16 years where interacting and communicating with patients was her top priority. While building a successful career as a Health Administrator with a concentration in management, Monica chose to switch gears and pursue her passion for real estate. She is excited to bring her experience working with clients to Pearson Smith Realty. Monica lives in Reston, VA with her husband and two daughters. She is a cheerful and friendly person that loves spending time with her family and working out, especially CrossFit. Monica speaks both Spanish and English fluently.
