Monica Chang

Monica combines a strong financial background with a client-focused approach to help buyers and sellers achieve their short- and long-term real estate goals. She holds a degree in International Business from San Jose State University and brings extensive experience in international, private, commercial, and mortgage banking.

To provide clients with specialized expertise and a global perspective, Monica earned the National Association of REALTORSA(R) Certified International Property Specialist (CIPSA(R)) designation and the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRESA(R)) designation. She is also an active member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).

As a member of the Carissa Brikken Real Estate Team at Christie's International Real Estate | Sereno, Monica contributes to one of the area's top-performing teams. In 2025, the team successfully closed 50 home sales, with Monica personally representing clients in 5 of those transactions. This experience allows her to provide clients with the support, market knowledge, and resources of a high-producing team while delivering attentive, personalized service.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Monica has proudly called Walnut Creek home for more than 27 years and maintains strong ties to the local community. Her combination of financial expertise, industry designations, local knowledge, and proven transaction experience enables her to guide clients confidently through every stage of the real estate process.
