Stephani and her partner Riley were amazing Realtors; going out of their way to communicate with me, always replies to my texts in timely manner. Friendly, knowledgeable and knows the market on Amelia Island. I had to lower the price of the home I was selling about 3 times but Stephani and I always discussed how to sell my house faster. It was on market for 2.5 months; not bad. Stephani also made to show up for my closing date to make sure I understood all the documents. A 20% Realtors and hard to find. Thank you both for all your hard work.

What if I disagree with my home valuation?

The market is changing fast, especially in Dallas. There is no such thing as underpricing. If it is priced too low vs the market, it'll get bid back up. Highly recommend you get a realistic agent who tells you the truth! Keep in mind 71% of agents didn't sell a house last year. Interview like crazy and find the best of the best.
