Honest, sharp and willing to fight for every inch, Savannah was a tremendous advocate for our family in both instances. Most recently, she guided us through the home buying process from start to finish - answering our every question with detail and providing the unvarnished truth along the way. We really appreciated how much she listened. She took our feedback from each home we toured and would use it as a reference towards any future homes she suggested. When we decided to explore a quick move-in home through a builder, she took her time to coach us up on what to look for and what to expect, as this was all new to us. Upon deciding on a homesite, Savannah was our champion - working tirelessly on our behalf on price, upgrades, close date and battling against all of the little pitfalls that come with building/buying a new home. To put it mildly, purchasing a home and moving are very stressful. However, Savannah did an amazing job of making sure that NONE of that came from the realtor position. Savannah got us into our first rental home in Florida back in 2022, without us having even met. We then referred her to both my parents and my sister, who all relocated to FL in the months that followed - all of whom absolutely loved their experience with her as well. We're almost sad this home buying process is over, as we'll miss our near-daily interactions with Savannah. She was truly amazing and a pro. We'll gladly recommend her to anyone in the market. ZillowVERIFIED Savannah was referred to me by my SIL, who found her on Facebook, and boy, am I glad she did. Starting from zero, facing a long distance move from NJ to FL, Savannah clicked with my husband and I immediately. She spent nearly two full days with us going from development to development across St. Johns county, looking at countless models, and sharing the pros and cons of each as well as her robust knowledge of the area. In 2 days, she was able to get a sense of what we did/didnt like in a home and tailored her recommendations accordingly. Once we landed on a new build location, Savannah provided critical guidance throughout the entire build process, from design to lending to closing. She checked on our build practically weekly from slab to completion, giving us updates all along the way. Not only is Savannah incredibly generous with her time and advice, she is an all around phenomenal, genuine, honest person and has grown to become like a member of our family (my parents are using her for their move, too!). In fact, the closing was somewhat bittersweet in that it meant we wouldnt have our usual excuse to chat. She is the best - bar none - and I cant recommend her more highly.

Our journey began last September when I couldnt find any investment properties in the Central Florida area, so I decided to explore the North Florida market. To be honest, I had already been communicating with a local realtor, but she become very unresponsive and I decided to find alternate resources. Then I came across Savannahs websiteaEUR|. Fast forward to November, after pursing several listings and offers denied, we found two more properties; however, I was unable to travel up to St Johns, so Savannah videotaped the properties and emailed. I made an offer on one of the properties and finally got my offer accepted. Just before my lender submitted my paperwork to UW, he threw me a curve ball. Needless to say, it was unethical!! I immediately rescinded my application and I reached out to Savannah that night and explained to her the issue. Shortly after (that same night), she had another lender contacted me to rectify the problem. From cradle to grave she made the purchasing process steam less. We closed on the property last Friday and we are extremely satisfied with the property. It was a cute and funny story how we bought our home. The house came on market on Friday and Saturday we wanted to put an offer as we love the house! Savannah was out of town that Saturday with her family and she went above and beyond to make sure that we get the offer in on Saturday! Savannah asked if we wanted to do a letter so we did and she forwarded to the sellers! My husband and I were praying to God to show us if our move is His will and to help us find the perfect home for us so when we saw this house we knew is the ONE. To our surprise the sellers were praying that a Godly family to buy theyre home! The house had multiple offers, but they chose us! As some agents dont like letters, but in this case it made all the difference! Savannah, was a blessing to us as she is honest, efficient, responsive! My husband and I are highly recommending her!
