About Amanda Kinard

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, I'm proud to call Northeast Florida my lifelong home. My deep knowledge of Baker, Duval, Clay, St. Johns, and Nassau counties comes from firsthand experience. Living, working, and raising a family right here in the communities I serve. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2015, which has been invaluable in managing the home-buying and selling process from start to finish. Before real estate, I spent 10 years as a General Manager in retail, where I developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that now serve my clients every day. Helping people has always been at the heart of what I do. Whether it's guiding first-time buyers, assisting seasoned homeowners, or helping sellers transition into their next chapter, I take pride in making each transaction seamless and personal. I currently live on the outskirts of Jacksonville in Glen St. Mary with my husband, children, and our dogs. When I'm not serving clients, you'll find me reading, teaching dance, or volunteering in our church's kids ministry. Amanda absolutly exceeded our expectations! Since we were moving due to a military transfer, we were coming into the Jacksonville with no knowledge of the area and our timeline to look at homes and purchase was short. Though we only had a 5 day window to look at houses, Amanda dropped everything and, at our request, showed us over 30 houses which ultimately led us to the purchase of the perfect home for my wife, our new baby and myself. Despite this being our second home purchase, Amanda brought knowledge and tips on things we hadnt considered and assisted us in putting together a competitive offer which made us stand out amongst the sellers many other offers.
