Originally from the Midwest, Molly moved to Sarasota to attend the University of South Florida where she earned her BA in Business Marketing & Management. We listed our house just as the market slowdown began so it presented a challenge with regards to finding the appropriate listing price. Molly provided regular updates regarding the market and advised us accordingly. She remained committed to helping us navigate this process throughout its entirety, and was always courteous and professional. In the end she was able to help us negotiate a sale in a challenging market. She was very communicative throughout and always available to answer our questions. We were out of state for the last several months of the process and she was always able to address our concerns and help coordinate things at our home when we couldn't be there. It gave us great peace of mind. I would 100% recommend Molly to friends and family if they need a reliable and committed realtor.

It's difficult to explain just how great it was to work with Molly and her entire team. There needs to be 10 Stars available for her and this entire team. My wife and I could not have asked for anything to go more smoothly as this did. We all know there are items that can come up and need immediate attention. Molly and her team are amazing! We live out of state and they were with us at every step from home shopping, negotiating, and ultimately building. We could not be in person for many appointments and Mollys attention to detail was amazing. She and her assistant Carolina worked very hard to make sure we were getting what we wanted and needed. We would absolutely use Molly again!
