You won't find a more experienced professional with incredible attention to detail in every step in the process and every word in the volumes of fine print.In selling my house Mitch brought in a professional stager and photographer that turned my house into showcase model which was far superior to what I have seen any other agent provide. Compared to eight similar houses in my neighborhood for sale my house was the quickest to sell and for the highest price.And while the reasons above are enough to choose Mitch I found his greatest asset was his business acumen and negotiating skills. It isn't just the price of the house but all of the other items that go into the deal such as closing costs, repair items, home warranties, HOA fees, legal fees, etc. I feel Mitch takes it as a personal challenge to get the best deal for his seller or buyer and through experience understands the best way to accomplish this. Initially I was contemplating selling my own house or using a discount broker but I realized the money I saved through Mitch's negotiating skills was able to far offset any commission costs.I would highly recommend Mitch to help you buy or sell your home, or both at the same time like me :).
