Our experience working with Mita was incredible and she was exactly what we needed as first time homebuyers. For example, when we weren't sure where to start negotiating or what questions to ask the inspector, Mita helped us understand what the goal was and what concerns we should consider. She gave us many suggestions and options and then stepped back and let us decide. Mita has the heart of a teacher and through her, we learned so much. She was not pushy, instead she listened and asked questions to understand what we wanted. We ended up closing on a home that we love and that fits our budget nicely, Mita was instrumental in making that happen. Very customer friendly and professional service with excellent attention to detail. She not only found out that certain HVAC permits were missing from records (even the seller's agent was unaware that those permits were required) but tracked them down to ensure they were available well before closing. Highly recommended especially for those who are buying property remotely and would like to work with someone who is technically savvy (she has a MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida) and well equipped to handle things remotely and securely via e-mail and use of certified digital signatures.
