Very customer friendly and professional service with excellent attention to detail. She not only found out that certain HVAC permits were missing from records (even the seller's agent was unaware that those permits were required) but tracked them down to ensure they were available well before closing. Highly recommended especially for those who are buying property remotely and would like to work with someone who is technically savvy (she has a MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida) and well equipped to handle things remotely and securely via e-mail and use of certified digital signatures.
