Mita was very helpful, kind, & knowledgeable about the area. We were moving from a different state to purchase a primary residence & it was very comforting to know she lived in the area in which we were exploring. Her communication was great & she looked into any inquiry we had to make sure she was giving us the appropriate information. I love that she took the time to show us some area attractions that she knew would interest us. Her kind & patient disposition was welcomed. We did not feel pressured. It was a pleasure getting to know & work with Mita. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience working with Lucas during the purchase of my home. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, always taking the time to explain everything clearly. His communication was outstandingaEUR"he was always available by phone and kept me informed throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was his dedication. He consistently went above and beyond, even stepping in to help resolve issues that werent directly his responsibility. His positive attitude made the experience much less stressful and much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Lucas 100% to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first-time buyers. I will definitely work with him again in the future!

Mita was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I were relocating from Delaware and had several visits to Palm Coast throughout the summer. She was patient as we navigated closing on our house and finally finding our Florida home! We are so thankful we got lucky and found her through Zillow!

Our experience working with Mita was incredible and she was exactly what we needed as first time homebuyers. She was very responsive and kept things moving, even when she was out of the country on vacation. Her honesty, sincerity and community connections let us know we were in good hands. Her experience with the homebuying process was clear as she told us what to expect each step of the way and guided us through issues we encountered. For example, when we weren't sure where to start negotiating or what questions to ask the inspector, Mita helped us understand what the goal was and what concerns we should consider. She gave us many suggestions and options and then stepped back and let us decide. Mita has the heart of a teacher and through her, we learned so much. She was not pushy, instead she listened and asked questions to understand what we wanted. We ended up closing on a home that we love and that fits our budget nicely, Mita was instrumental in making that happen. We highly recommend Mita and would definitely work with her again in the future.

Mita did a wonderful job helping us learn about Palm Coast. She shared all of her knowledge of the area that shes been in for 20 years She made it seamless moving to an unknown community and feeling like we made the right choice in location and realtor. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. I have passed her information along to my cousin who is thinking of relocating.
