Although Realtors do sell houses, I do not consider myself a sales person. I am a client advocate who is here to facilitate your real estate transaction. I want you to have the very best experience as you go through what is, for most people, the biggest financial transaction of your life. That starts with matching up the right home with the right person or family, but then goes far beyond that.
For a buyer this means writing an offer that has the best chance of being accepted and negotiating on your behalf which is about more than just the sale price. Then being there with you every step of the way to guide & help you through inspections, addenda, lender and title issues, all the way to signing and closing.
For a seller this means first helping to prepare your home for the market and developing a vigorous marketing strategy that targets buyers who are a good match for your unique home, and then continuing to guide you throughout the entire process, with communication as top priority.
