For a seller this means first helping to prepare your home for the market and developing a vigorous marketing strategy that targets buyers who are a good match for your unique home, and then continuing to guide you throughout the entire process, with communication as top priority.

We just moved here from the Los Angeles area and into our dream home and Misty made it happen. We met her on Zoom a year ago and knew she was the partner for us. Misty helped us sell a cute and compelling duplex after we moved out of it and tried renting it as absentee landlords, of sorts. Being even just across town was less than ideal for us, and she found our home a sweet, caring new owner to live in it and continue to give it the care and respect it deserves. Every dtep along the way was stressvul for us, being first-time home sellers, but she was there for us all along the way. We felt like we were her #1 priority always.
