Mindy is always honest in a respectful way about the realistic expectations compared to the ideal result desired, but is always striving to get you the result you want, or better! The team's market knowledge and presentation of such information using a consultative approach is unparalleled in my opinion - my house was a unicorn in the local area, and Mindy went the extra mile spending extra time pulling comps from as far as 6-9 months back just to get the best information for a fair market valuation and listing price. (We watched the market for little more than a year to find the perfect time to list). The team's communication was prompt and responsive, even during evening and weekend hours, and their negotiation skills are top notch, with the results coming back exactly as predicted when an offer came in. I couldn't have asked for better results - I was able to sell in less than the amount of time expected, with an offer received in less than a calendar week. ZillowVERIFIED I enlisted Ms. Newton as my realtor when searching for my dream property. She assisted me throughout the initial stages, including making an offer on the property. After the property inspection, several problems and issues were identified. Ms. Newton supported me in preparing and submitting a counteroffer to address these concerns. Up to this point, the process was going well. However, after the sellers realtor responded to our counteroffer, the experience took a negative turn. Ms. Newton did not follow up on my questions to my satisfaction and failed to respond to my inquiries promptly. This lack of communication and follow-through ultimately led me to cancel my purchase. I was left feeling both disgusted and disappointed by the outcome. I still do not understand why Ms. Newton did not follow up with the seller, which resulted in me losing the property. In addition to the communication issues, Ms. Newton often talked over me during discussions. There was also an instance where she expressed to the inspector that she could not understand why I would consider purchasing the property, which I found unprofessional and discouraging. Although Ms. Newton previously represented me during the sale of another property and the results of that transaction were satisfactory, my recent experience has changed my perspective. Based on the difficulties I encountered during the buying process, I would not consider using her services again, nor would I recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling property.
