We listed our home of 30+ years with Mindy and it sold within a short time. Mindy walked us through the entire process: giving advice on how to stage and show our home, what to expect when other realtors came to show the house, suggestions on packing/storing household items, what to expect at the closing, etc. It was a total seamless experience from start to finish. Mindy also assisted us with the purchase of property on which to build our new home. The purchase transaction was just as smooth as our sale had been. Throughout the entire experience, Mindy was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and absolutely charming. She was always available via phone or text.
